The seller was a great communicator, answering all questions before and after the order was placed. They were also very customer service oriented in requesting several times that I contact them with any questions or concerns about the PCM or its installation. Seller was quick to program the unit purchased and shipped it promptly by USPS Priority mail...it arrived a couple of days before the estimated delivery date. Seller is an A++++ ebayer... I'd not hesitate to buy from them again and again.
I have ordered ALOT of things from eBay especially vehicle parts and I’ve just never felt the need to leave a review until my experience with these people. I asked several questions and everything was answered perfectly they kept me updated and it arrived 2 days before I was expecting it which is a wonderful thing and let me tell you the packaging It look me 10 minutes to get it opened there wasn’t a chance of that thing getting damaged. Do not hesitate order through these great folks
Had to return the item because it didn't work for my vehicle. The seller was very helpful and offered some trouble shooting tips while making it clear they were happy to accept the return. Great experience and I'd use them again if needed in the future. Order arrived on time and they allowed plenty of time to make the return.
