The BMW M140i tailgate arrived in perfect condition, better than described, and was packaged with great care. Delivery was super quick, much faster than expected. The seller’s customer service was exceptional, very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend thi seller and will most certainly be purchasing anything required again in the future from this seller
My experience with the seller, Partmax, was very good. Whilst DHL were doing their best to not deliver (long story) Partmax were helpful and active in resoling issues, from providing further information before purchase about the product to liaising with the shipping company to get things delivered. Parts found to be as described on arrival. I would certainly use this seller again.
