After connecting item to the manufacturer's app, discovered item was not as described, had 106 uses. See photo. Unless seller had been able to test it with the app, they wouldn't have known. They offered a refund. Unable to use eBay return process due to item classification as business equipment so had to pay return shipping myself, which was twice the cost of the shipping to me. Leaving this positive feedback per their request so they will issue my refund.
Excellent communication!! This seller went above and beyond in that regard. White glove service too, very responsive and listened to my requests for how to package the camera and top handle accessory so that it shipped without damage. This guy went above and beyond for me, thank you! He even threw in expedited shipping at no extra charge to me. Wow! Thank you for helping me get this new camera and getting it safely to its new forever home :)
Item exactly as described and shipped quickly. The only critique I have is that the label was put on the original box and the box has suffered from shipping, which could have been avoided by putting it in a bag. Still, great service, wouldn't hesitate to buy here again.
