The shipping was timely and the packaging was heavy duty. Unfortunately the battery would not take a charge. I contacted the seller and their response was quick along with a suggestion to jump start the charge. That did not work and I requested a refund. It took a few days but the seller issued a full refund. I would have liked to give them a full 5 star review, but 4 stars only because I now have to find another battery that delays the use if the vacuum. But I would recommend this seller.
There was a slight delay with the delivery of this blanket, but that was clearly communicated and actually arrived earlier than the revised delivery date. The battery arrived with a 50% charge, and it charged up fully without issue in a short amount of time. The heat is very generous within the blanket, and because my Mom's power keeps being turned off for safety reasons I wanted something that would sustain her as needed. Great value, item was as described and seller was excellent!
Wonderful emblem!!! High quality!!! Extremely unique!!! Looks incredible!!! The best deal you’re going to find, and I’m so sure you won’t find this amazing emblem anywhere else!!! The sellers very understanding, and kind!!! I originally ordered the wrong one, and they absolutely had no problem canceling the order!!! Then they helped me find the correct one which I need!!! They are very diligent, with wonderful work ethics!!! Arrived extremely quickly!!! It completely perfect!!!
