Ordered on 5/20 in Las Vegas NV. Seller, in Dallas, TX put it in the USPS system the next day. The package went east instead of going west and arrived Washington, DC on 5/27. Seller's Customer service was not responsive to inquiries concerning the shipment; took my name and phone number but never called me back and let me now what's going on. Package was then re-routed and finally delivered on 5/29. Charging the phone now (battery shows 6% when plugged in.) Hopefully everything is alright.
Consistent with seller's posted description, the watch arrived in the original package that had opened. It was in excellent condition with no apparent scratches or blemishes. I've had it for only a week, but the watch is functioning exactly as expected. Thus, the purchase was an excellent value over purchasing a brand new one. It was shipped immediately and arrived within a very short time. In summary, this experience (including seller support of the order) was excellent.
While I did end up returning this item (while fully operational, it did not meet MY standards for condition, but wouldn't be an issue for someone who plans to keep it in a case) the seller's communication was great, the item was shipped out very fast, it was packaged very securely, and the return process was exceptionally smooth as well. Even though the product itself I did not keep, the customer service experience I had was a great value.
