When you send us your console we will replace the HDMI port on your Xbox Series X, clean, and service with new thermal paste on the CPU. If there has been previous work done to the console, please contact us prior to sending it to us. If there is trace damage done underneath the HDMI port due to previous work or damage from wear and tear, please do not hesitate to send it to us. We do also replace missing traces as well. Most companies charge $10 a trace, but we will replace the first 2 (if any) for free and $5 for each additional trace, if there are more. We will return your console in the box that was sent to us, so please send it well protected and in a box that can handle the weight of the console. HOW IT WORKS: After you purchase our service we will contact you by eBay message to provide you with our shipping address and instructions for packaging your console. Unless otherwise noted, we do not need any cables or controllers, so please do not send those as it will only increase the cost of shipping. Once you purchase our service, we will mark it as “shipped”. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to us, shipping the console in a box that is suitable to transport it through either FedEx or UPS, and the cost of return shipping. Please package your console with protective packing materials such as bubble wrap, packing paper, etc to ensure that it doesn't move around and become damaged during shipping. We want to save you as much money as we can, so try to ship your console in a box no larger than 14"x8"x8" in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. INSTRUCTIONS: Purchase our service and we will contact you with our shipping address. Wrap your console in bubble wrap and package it in a sturdy box, fill any empty space with packing material to prevent your console from moving around and becoming damaged during transport. Inside your package, please include your name, phone number, return address, and email address. Purchase a shipping label from you to us for either FedEx or UPS and provide us with tracking information so we know when to expect your console. Ship your console with either FedEx or UPS. We will contact you if anything needs to be discussed during your repair, or upon repair completion.
