All items must be in original packaging, unopened and unused. In purchasing this item you agree that you, the buyer, are responsible for returning the item and to pay any postage fees. Items that are returned must include postage that requires the recipient to sign for the item as proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any items if they are sent without such proof and subsequently do not arrive. Once the items/ have arrived with us and meet the requirement of being unopened and unused, a refund will be issued. Our warranty covers you in case your cables stop working due to a manufacturer fault. All cables are tested before they are shipped to ensure that they are in working order. If your charger stops working, please refer to the troubleshooting information supplied with your product. Please also refer to the information about taking care of your charger to ensure trouble free use. In order to qualify for the warranty, you must have purchased the product directly from us and be able to provide proof of purchase. Exclusions to the warranty are if the cable connectors have been water damaged (please use the plug caps provided as the cables will not work if they sense moisture) or if the cable has been taken apart or has rusted. The following is NOT covered and will invalidate the warranty: Deliberate or accidental damage to the cable or plugs. Rust and/or water damage caused by moisture or l iquids penetrating the connectors. Plug covers are provided to protect the connectors from water damage, please use when the item is not in use. Any tampering or customisation of the product. The cable, plug or connectors showing signs of misuse or neglect. Please message us if you would like to claim within the warranty period. You will be liable for returning the item to us using a signed for / proof of postage service. On receipt of the item we will repair or replace your item with a like for like item or (on agreement) a similar item. Replacement or repaired items will have a warranty period equal to the remaining time of your existing warranty upon replacement or repair. For example, if y our item has a 12 month warranty and you claimed on the warranty after 6 months, you will still have 6 months remaining on the warranty, dependent on receiving the item from you within 14 days of your claim. If, after inspection, we deem that the item is working correctly or the warranty is invalidated due to the reasons listed above, then we will return the item to you. In this case we reserve the right to charge an admin fee of 20 USD plus shipping cost to your address, which must be paid before the item is returned.
