The item is acceptable when it finally arrived. It advertised a delivery date much earlier than what actually happened, in addition the tracking was not updated regularly nor updated. This was an extremely frustrating experience and purchase. Had I known up front about the length of time involved in receiving the item, I certainly would not have entertained the idea. All together I am disappointed to say the least.
I am pleased with the outcome that the seller has offered me a refund because Initially, I was sent the wrong item and the summer was insisting that it was the correct item but we came to an agreement. He gave me a refund. I will be satisfied with the refund.
Great purchase! The item arrived quickly, was exactly as described, and in perfect condition. Excellent seller communication and smooth transaction. Would definitely buy from this seller again—highly recommended!
