The item is acceptable when it finally arrived. It advertised a delivery date much earlier than what actually happened, in addition the tracking was not updated regularly nor updated. This was an extremely frustrating experience and purchase. Had I known up front about the length of time involved in receiving the item, I certainly would not have entertained the idea. All together I am disappointed to say the least.
I am pleased with the outcome that the seller has offered me a refund because Initially, I was sent the wrong item and the summer was insisting that it was the correct item but we came to an agreement. He gave me a refund. I will be satisfied with the refund.
Awesome seller. Fast and accurate. Item quality and appearance is the same as per description. The value and condition of the item is very impressive. I am happy to do business again with this seller. Thank you very much.
