There was a problem on my end with USPS not delivering to my home. Seller was very understanding and will be issuing a refund when it returns. Will be reordering with the same seller but will ship to anew address. Things don’t always go as scheduled as one would like therefore it is very important to be working with someone who can be flexible and responsible. Living in Hawaii has its challenges especially shipping to the islands.
Do to unforseen circumstances i was unable to use the cameras. The seller was seriously lightening quick with the responses and return process. We tried to fix the issue but unfortunately couldn't and the seller immediately sent a return label. Then I just wanted to let them know I had shipped them back the seller released the refund immediately! These people here were absolutely professional and i would buy from them anytime!
The Ring Doorbell pro 2 came in a sealed box brand new as advertised and was packaged with care by seller. It was shipped right away and price couldn't have been better. seller not only answered my questions right away pre order and after.
