Product Description 1 Massage Mode 2 Mix Mode 3 Rainfall Mode 4 Soft Silicone Why does the water flow become smaller or split after using it for a period of time? It may be that impurities are blocking the water outlet. The shower head needs to be cleaned regularly and the filter cartridge replaced. How to avoid the Leaking at the connection point? Check that the rubber gasket in the connection is correctly placed and flattened. Use Teflon tape (3-5 turns) as a supplementary measure to prevent leaks, avoid over-tightening the connection, otherwise the gasket may be squeezed. How often should the filter cartridge be replaced? The frequency of filter cartridge replacement depends on on your shower usage and the local water quality. For optimal filtration, we recommend replacing the filter cartridge every 4 to 6 months. Why the rainfall mode is a little bit cold ? The reason why the rainfall mode produces a cooler mist is that when water evaporates quickly in the air, it absorbs some heat, making the mist feel cooler than the original water temperature. Should I use a TDS meter to test the water quality? TDS meters identify salts or impurities carrying positive charges in water. Disinfectants like chlorine and chloramine do not affect water conductivity, making them unmeasurable by TDS meters.
