Though the box was not included the packaging surrounding the watch which would need to be removed to be worn was still in place. Personally, I feel this is new (open box) not used. I appreciate the seller being honest since the box was not included but honestly this item is new. I did contact the seller during this transaction. They are professional from beginning to end.
