Lemtech1 is as trustworthy as they come. Three business days had passed after ordering a router, and UPS' tracker showed it hadn't been picked up. I began to stress that it wouldn't arrive in time before moving into a new place. I contacted the seller, and they were willing to got the extra mile to make it right should there be any delays, even if they take a loss on the sale. Sure enough, it arrived in time. The item arrived as described. The vendor even packaged it in additional bubble wraps to protect the item. By the way, I had this item dropped-shipped by my agent from the United States to Kenya. However, I wish the vendor would pay more attention to pre-sale questions. My messages to him remain unanswered 3 weeks later. I would've left a 4-star but I hope the vendor reads my review and improve on communications.
I love this knife Great replacement for my old knife, The seller shipped it into original packaging brand new never opened not any signs of use or and it was reasonably priced if the sell another one I might just have to buy it
