This seller "only" has a 99.9% positive eBay rating - which I believe should be 100%, Because of a small problem with an Apple watch band I had ordered, he replied to my inquiry rapidly and we were able to work out a resolution with which I was totally satisfied. The band was shipped from the UK and arrived to my home in the USA very quickly! From the beginning this seller made sure that whatever the problem - he was going to make it right by me and he did. This is the 3rd item ordered from Sak Outlet over recent weeks. Listed as new in opened packaging, it was in pristine , untouched appearance/condition and had clearly not been removed from the Apple internal packaging. Very happy to get a genuine product for a reasonable price. I was initially sceptical of “new with opened packaging”, but have developed trust in this seller and have not been disappointed with the products purchased.
Buying from this seller was a fabulous experience. Questions were promptly answered (even late at night), and the seller kindly agreed to upgrade the postage at no extra cost - truly excellent service. The watch strap (although very expensive, but competitively priced) was as advertised and the package was well wrapped and not damaged in any way when it arrived. I really can’t rate this seller more highly!
